The franchise fee is US$18,000. Members pay a flat fee of US$275 per month for the principal broker and US$150 per month for each full-time associate and this includes national advertising (other options are available for new and part-time agents). There are no additional transaction fees for the broker to pay.

EACH REALTY WORLDŽ OFFICE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER ON STAFF. FRANCHISEES MUST PROVIDE A SPONSORING BROKER OR BE WILLING TO ACQUIRE A BROKER'S LICENSE PRIOR TO OPENING THEIR OFFICE. EACH REALTY WORLDŽ OFFICE IS ALSO REQUIRED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE.
